Box recruitment group are hiring for a well known leisure business that owns premium lodges and houses across the Lake District, Lancashire and Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation as HR, Recruitment & Payroll Officer.

You will provide support to the HR Director, liaise with Departmental Heads and Park Managers, and manage payroll and recruitment activities. This permanent role is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £28k - £40K DOE.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and payroll experience is essential.
• Experience in HR administration is required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy office environment.

Responsabilités

• Support HR Director and liaise with Departmental Heads and Park Managers.
• Handle day-to-day HR duties including payroll and recruitment.
• Manage recruitment adverts, onboarding, and personnel files.
• Assist with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence processes.
• Prepare payroll data and generate monthly reports.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently and assist with policy development.
• Provide training and inductions for new employees.
