• Proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Confident in developing and managing client relationships with senior HR leaders.
• Able to generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from business development through onboarding.
• Source, assess and engage high-quality HR talent across mid to senior levels.
• Attend client meetings and market-focused activities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships within the HR niche.
