Job description

HR & Recruitment Administrator – three days per week

£12.34 per hour

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in HR and recruitment? We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator for a 12-week temporary assignment based in Heald Green.

  • Responding to queries via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Administering processes for maternity, paternity, adoption leave etc
  • Collating and submitting payroll data to the Payroll Manager
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes
  • Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts
  • Conducting all pre-employment checks, including DBS checks
  • Processing leavers’ documentation and updating records accordingly
  • Maintaining the People database and filing systems (both digital and paper-based)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role would be perfect!
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with HR databases/systems and general office IT tools (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is advantageous

This is a temporary role working 21 hours per week, three days per week.

The successful candidate will need to undertake a DBS check and be able to start immediately
