Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

•Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
•Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
•Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
•Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
•Conduct market research to understand trends in compensation, benefits, and talent management.
•Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
•Maintain recruitment databases and manage administrative duties associated with hiring.
•Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and procedures.

• Residence in Morocco.
• Fluency in French essential.
• High English level.
• 1 to 1,5 years of experience as HR.
•Proven experience as an HR Manager, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
•Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
•Knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
