Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR business or financial analyst who is organized and proactive to support our HR Project & Programme Manager in a strategic project aimed at identifying HR collaboration opportunities across multiple global HR teams.

You will support this initiative by collating people data, analytics, and insights from various sources across different countries and cultures, consolidating them into a cohesive story of opportunities.

Passion and enthusiasm for managing data and insights to a high standard are essential, as your role will include detailed analysis of current states, providing regular updates, managing risks, and researching best practices. Your contributions will be valuable to the project's success.

  • Use data to assess the current landscape and identify development opportunities collaboratively.
  • Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions and develop compelling business cases to align senior stakeholders.
  • Apply your analytical skills to proactively identify and address opportunities, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Manage and improve reporting, dashboards, and analytics, using data-driven insights for strategic impact.
  • Support complex change initiatives within HR, utilizing appropriate methodologies for data and reporting needs.
  • Adapt approaches flexibly to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across global HR teams.
Qualifications:
  • Educational background in business, economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent (highly advantageous).
  • Understanding of HR functions, processes, and leading technologies in global markets (beneficial).
  • Experience in a Business Analysis role, with skills in defining and documenting detailed business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Visio (very beneficial).
