Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust as a HR Project Officer - Transformation.

As a key member of the HR team, you will report to the HR Business Partner - Transformation and support the HRBP by:

  1. Supporting HR projects on organisational transformation within the Trust.
  2. Working closely with key partners.
  3. Supporting on the planning, implementing, and execution of a consultation process.
  4. Overseeing and supporting the whole change process from the planning stages through to finish.
  5. Ensuring all consultation processes are in line with employment law, highlighting any risks.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Proactively seek opportunities to build relationships.
  2. Provide professional advice to stakeholders both face-to-face and digital.
  3. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Provide value-added business partnering to operations.
  5. Have excellent communication, organisation, planning, and employment law knowledge.
  6. Build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members.
  7. Have experience in change/transformation/consultations in a business.
  8. Be an effective self-starter, with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines, whilst remaining focused in this fast-paced environment.
