Based in Dunstable with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days home), the role offers £85,000-£90,000, car allowance £5,650, up to 30% bonus, health and pension benefits, and a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

You will own policy in areas such as employee rights legislation, absence, performance management, and the impact of AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy development within a large, multi-workforce organisation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong delivery mindset with focus on compliance and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR policy across UK, Ireland, and Crown Dependencies, aligning with business transformation.
• Develop and interpret policy in response to legislation and evolving technologies such as AI.
• Represent the organisation externally in forums and with industry bodies.
