Renault Group is seeking an HR Placement Student to support operational and strategic people initiatives within Alpine Formula One Team’s HR function. You will work across employee lifecycle, workforce planning, HR data, and culture projects to enable data-driven decision making and an enhanced employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs in delivering operational and strategic people initiatives.
• Provide analytical, project and coordination support to improve employee experience.
• Contribute to workforce planning insights and HR data reporting.
• Assist with job design, role profiles, shortlisting and recruitment logistics.
• Maintain and update skills matrices and support capability analysis.
• Prepare background material, presentations and project documents.
• Attend meetings to observe, take minutes and track actions.
