Job summary

Wavenet is seeking a proactive HR People Partner ER and Change to support our growth. The role will travel across locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues, driving and delivering the People strategy with a focus on employee relations and change initiatives.

You will lead ER casework, coach managers, deliver HR projects, and support TUPE transfers for new acquisitions. CIPD qualification to level 5/7 and several years’ ER/HRBP experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or ER Advisor in an office environment.
• Proven ability to manage ER casework and drive HR projects.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead people projects and ER activities contributing to performance.
• Develop and monitor HR programs to meet strategic needs.
• Support TUPE transfers and integration for acquisitions.
• Provide coaching to managers and colleagues to improve engagement.
