Job summary

IMO in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Human Resources Payroll Associate to support payroll, compensation and staff entitlements within the Administrative Division. The role requires high-volume, accurate processing and close liaison with pension providers and HR teams.

The successful candidate will have strong SAP/ERP experience, English proficiency, and at least six years in payroll/HR administration, with knowledge of UN pension schemes and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Six years of payroll, HR and benefits experience required.
• UN system experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll, compensation, benefits and staff entitlements accurately.
• Maintain staff data in SAP and related HR records.
• Coordinate with pension administrators and HR stakeholders.
• Prepare staff cost estimates for officers according to MoU and country requirements.
• Ensure payroll changes and entitlements are processed before cutoff dates.
