Job summary

Inclusion IQ LTD in Dungannon is seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator for a full-time, permanent post. You will drive day-to-day people operations from onboarding through weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK employment laws.

The role requires sharp numerical ability, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with HR or payroll software. CIPD Level 3/5 or CIPP credentials are preferred and you will be part of a team-focused culture with

Qualifications

• Proven background in combined HR and payroll administration.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, NI contributions.
• Experience with payroll processing and GDPR/data protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft job descriptions, advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, and issue contracts and offers.
• Inductions for new starters; manage exits and return-to-work documentation.
• Advise line managers on policies, absence, relations, and capability processes.
• Prepare, process and reconcile payroll cycles, including hours, overtime, and deductions.
• Verify timesheets and manage T&A systems.
• Process starters, leavers, and HMRC/auto-enrolment pension updates.
