Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including job adverts and interview coordination.
  • Lead payroll process end to end including holiday and absence management.
  • Maintain HR databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Coordinate health & safety training and inductions.
  • Support employee relations cases and provide general office support.
  • Contribute to developing HR policies and employee handbook.

Skills

Full UK driving licence
HR administration experience including payroll
Interest in Health & Safety
Strong organisational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent written English

Education

CIPD qualification or working towards one
