Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join a well established manufacturing business in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about HR to develop their experience and progress their career.

The role will support the HR and Payroll teams with day-to-day activities and provide a broad generalist experience for someone keen to learn. Hybrid working after probation and a starting salary of circa £30,000 are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and payroll is required.
• Knowledge of HR/payroll systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employee starters and leavers, including contracts and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records on internal systems
• Share findings from people-related reports with the team
• Support managers with HR queries and probationary processes
• Assist with payroll administration, including timecard checks
• Respond to payroll queries via email, phone and internal systems
