Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with teamwork orientation and sound logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
