Job summary

Ferrero is looking for an HR professional to support employee life cycle operations in the UK. The role focuses on accurate records, policy compliance, and timely responses to staff queries across departments.

You will liaise with legal and payroll partners, maintain data security, and contribute to process improvements while upholding Ferrero’s standards of confidentiality and service quality.

Qualifications

• English - fluent oral and written knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• Awareness and knowledge of UK Labour legislation.
• Negotiation skills and good organizational skills.
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality as personality qualities.
• Ability to work independently, to take initiatives and follow-up on assigned projects.
• Ability to communicate plans across a cross-functional and/or highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that company´s and employee-related records are accurate, accessible, secure and in compliance with UK Labour law.
• Liaises with the company lawyer on complex issues and external payroll provider on payroll processing and data inputs and accuracy.
• Responds to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies on HR information while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Recommends changes to policies and procedures to stay competitive and aligned with company needs.
• Prepares HR reports and manages data in SAP – HRE.
• Keeps track/update of all job descriptions.
