Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an HR Operations professional to support employee life cycle processes in the UK. The role focuses on local HR requests, policy adherence, and continuous improvement of HR and workplace services across the organization.

You will act as the primary HR contact for line managers, ensuring timely responses to employee requests and aligning HR activities with business priorities. Strong SAP experience and knowledge of UK labour laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• SAP knowledge required.
• Awareness of UK Labour legislation.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Independent work attitude and initiative.
• Ability to communicate across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensures company and employee records are accurate, accessible, secure and compliant with UK Labour law.
• Liaises with the company lawyer and external payroll provider on payroll processing and data inputs.
• Responds to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies on HR information.
• Prepares HR reports and manages data in SAP – HRE.
• Maintains and updates job descriptions.
