Overview

HR Operations Manager, Employee Relations, Professional Services, Part Remote, Cardiff. HR Operations Manager required to work for a Professional Services Firm based in Cardiff. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office at least once a week.

Responsibilities
  • Be hands-on in day-to-day HR operations and support the HR function with a focus on Employee Relations.
  • Develop and communicate strategy for the future vision of the HR Department.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business and provide guidance on ER and HR generalist issues.
  • Lead with energy and passion, demonstrating strong leadership to drive the HR agenda.
Qualifications / Required experience
  • HR Generalist background with substantial Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience in a Professional Services environment or similar context with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
  • Resilience, ability to handle difficult situations, and strong leadership skills.
