Crohns & Colitis UK seeks an HR Operations Manager to enhance HR service delivery. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong HR knowledge, and a commitment to inclusive practices. This is a hybrid position located in Hatfield with opportunities for flexible working.
Crohn's and Colitis UK are on the lookout for a new HR Operations Manager!
Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a proactive and supportive HR service, playing an integral role in shaping and implementing improvements aligned with service goals. Your duties will include ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Location: Hybrid, with one day per week at the Hatfield office, plus attendance at monthly directorate meetings and four All Staff Together Days annually.
Hours: 35 hours (FTE)
Contract: Permanent

We seek a proactive, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring staff are trained, supported, and motivated to deliver high-quality service is essential.
This role is suited for an experienced HR Manager who:
Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, with accessible transport links. The role offers flexible working, requiring attendance once a week at the Hatfield office, along with mandatory attendance at quarterly 'All Staff Together' days, held in Hatfield or London.
