The Zoological Society of London is seeking an HR Operations Team Lead to oversee the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, driving accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Based in London with hybrid working (37.5 hours, two days on site at Regent’s Park or Whipsnade Zoo), you will lead HR workflows, improve operational performance, and collaborate with People, Finance and payroll stakeholders to support key projects.

Responsibilities

• HR Workflow Coordination: Lead and coordinate HR workflows across onboarding, contractual changes, employee movements, leavers, and position management ensuring seamless integration between HR, recruitment and payroll system.
