Job summary

Aquinas College in Stockport is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to take full operational ownership of day-to-day HR processes. You will lead the core HR team, manage employee relations casework, and maintain staff systems, working with the Director of Personnel to free their time for longer-term development.

You will deliver a high-quality HR provision, ensure safer recruitment and SCR compliance under KCSIE frameworks, and be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff

Qualifications

• Experience in senior HR advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes.
• Familiarity with safer recruitment and SCR requirements.
