Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage local HR requirements in the UK and Ireland, with potential expansion to other European markets. The role focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle and acting as the first point of contact for staff queries.

You will support onboarding, transfers, leaves, data changes, and file management while enhancing HR processes and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources / People Operations or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance by managing local HR requirements for the local market in Ireland, with potential expansion to Europe.
• Vendor management to improve operation, service quality and experience (benefits vendors).
• Commitment to building harmonious employee relations.
• First point of contact for employee queries; provide end-to-end HR solutions.
• Design and recommend enhancements of HR processes and procedures.
• Support onboarding, transfers, leaves, terminations, data changes and file management in line with local law.
• Assist relocation, immigration and staffing administration responsibilities.
