TikTok is seeking an HR Operations Lifecycle Graduate (HR Operations-EMEA) starting 2027, based in London. You will manage local HR requirements for the UK/Ireland, support employee lifecycle processes, and drive improvements in HR operations.

The role includes vendor management, employee relations, and responding to queries with end-to-end HR solutions. Ideal candidates have a recent degree in HR or related fields, strong knowledge of UK & Ireland law, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/People Operations or related field.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland employment laws and market practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle and end-to-end HR solutions.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure legal compliance by managing local HR requirements for the local market (UK/Ireland) with potential expansion.
• Vendor management to improve operations, service quality, and employee experience.
• Build harmonious employee relations.
• First point of contact for employee queries; provide end-to-end HR solutions.
• Design improvements of HR processes and procedures.
• Support lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, leaves, data changes, terminations.
• Support relocation, immigration and staffing administration.
