Job summary

TikTok in London is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist Graduate to join the Administration team for a 2027 start. This hands-on role helps build an integrated admin experience across workplace services, catering and asset management.

You will work with multiple teams and suppliers, using data to drive efficiency and better employee experiences. As a graduate, you’ll tackle bold ideas and complex challenges, gaining broad exposure to operations, project management and vendor relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently completing.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable working with data, sheets and basic reporting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different teams.
• Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work from the office five days a week and travel internationally as required by the business.
• Relevant internship, part-time work, university projects or extracurricular experience.
• Experience or potential to act at a regional level to influence and drive decisions and programmes.
• IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet, PMP, or other industry-equivalent certifications preferred.
