Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an HR Operations assistant to support the global HR team with data entry, new hire onboarding tasks, and ongoing HRIS data integrity. You will work across HR, IT and other business functions to ensure accurate records and timely information for leadership.

The role emphasizes process orientation, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Prior Workday experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior HR data entry experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR data inquiries and provide timely ad-hoc support.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and business teams to resolve inquiries and implement process improvements.
• Own the accuracy and audits of employee data within Workday and other HRIS systems.
