About the Opportunity

An organization is seeking experienced HR and People Operations professionals to design realistic, multi-step tasks that evaluate AI systems' ability to handle complex HR workflows. The role focuses on transforming real-world HR work into structured, challenging tasks with clear instructions, supporting documents, and objective grading criteria.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong English proficiency is essential (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).

• HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience with AI or large language model (LLM) evaluation.

Compensation

• Earn up to $90/hour equivalent.
• Approximately 10 hours per task.
• Fully remote contract opportunity with no geographic restrictions.
• Work involves task-based deliverables evaluated against defined quality standards.
