You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities and will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture by leading employee engagement initiatives and contributing to global HR projects.

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR professional with a passion for employee relations to step into the role of Operational HR Manager. This hands-on, operational role will involve managing a broad range of HR activities, with a particular emphasis on employee relations.

What you'll do:

• Provide advice and guidance to managers on ER matters
• Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Support the recruitment process
• Promote and support mental health initiatives within the workplace
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Lead and contribute to various global HR projects

What you bring:

• Proven experience in an HR advisor role with strong expertise in Employee Relations
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
