Gotyu Underwear, Germany’s fastest-growing brand for period underwear, is redefining comfort and confidence and scaling eCommerce teams. We are seeking a freelance recruiter experienced in eCommerce: sourcing top talent, managing hiring pipelines, optimizing KPIs, and building remote teams globally.

If you’ve hired A-players for DTC brands, understand performance marketing KPIs, and speak recruiting language, this is for you.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

1. Own the full recruiting lifecycle for eCommerce roles, from copywriting to onboarding.
2. Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, Join.com, and niche freelancer networks.
3. Develop sourcing strategies to attract freelance and contract talent globally.
4. Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
5. Screen and qualify candidates with KPI-driven questions.
6. Optimize KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Candidate Experience.
7. Advise on HR matters like contracts, onboarding, and remote team retention.
8. Enhance employer branding within niche DTC circles.
9. Support US-based hiring leveraging your network of eCommerce professionals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience recruiting for eCommerce/DTC brands, in fast-growth environments.
2. Deep understanding of DTC roles and KPIs (CAC, ROAS, retention).
3. Experience sourcing for freelance and full-time roles, especially contracts.
4. Ability to craft engaging job ads and target the right candidates.
5. Bonus: HR skills for onboarding, contracts, and team building.
6. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM) and data-driven approach.
7. Bonus: US market recruiting experience and cultural awareness.
