Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an HR Onboarding Assistant for a Housing Trust in North London on a temporary basis. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality onboarding experience, ensuring compliant and efficient end-to-end processes, and supporting recruitment activities and internal transfers.

You will liaise with the HR and Onboarding Manager, provide timely advice, and maintain clear communications and documentation to support residents through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a HR function and of working with HR information systems and maintaining high data and information accuracy.
• Proven experience of delivering a first-class onboarding experience.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands without losing quality or compliance.
• Good understanding of employment law, with the ability to apply this in day-to-day onboarding.
• Good written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality, efficient and compliant HR service during onboarding.
• Deliver a first-class customer focused service through end-to-end onboarding processes.
• Provide timely and accurate advice to managers, colleagues, and candidates ensuring smooth people processes.
• Manage multiple priorities across the business area to deliver a great onboarding experience.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding for internal transfers.
