Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job adverts, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  2. Provide first-line advice to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  3. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and absence management.
  4. Support health and safety compliance.
  5. Maintain up-to-date HR policies.
Company Background

Our client is a privately owned company with over 25 years of experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service, and spares.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Ideally experience within FM or an engineering environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
