HR OD Adviser needed in Hertford Paying £21.11 per hr ref OR6417

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR/OD Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reviewing HR policies and practices, managing casework within your allocated services, and leading or participating in a range of people-related projects as directed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff.
  • Monitor and review HR policies and practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage casework within your allocated services, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead on and/or participate in a range of people-related projects as directed.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Payroll Service (including Health & Safety), supporting colleagues and delivering high-quality service.
  • Support the learning and development activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
