HR Manager temp to perm - ER focus Real Estate - London Hybrid

Your new role

As HR Manager for the London office, you will report directly to the Associate HR Director and collaborate with the SLT to ensure that the HR function complements business objectives. You will oversee all elements of the employee lifecycle for a professional, UK-based population of approximately 2000 employees. Your primary focus will be managing ER cases, coaching managers to promote early intervention in performance management and capability cases, and ensuring effective HR management. You will work in a commercial, professional environment and interact directly with key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

CIPD Qualified or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering HR leadership in a professional, commercial environment. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, Organisational Development, performance management, and developing organizational culture is essential. Extensive experience in high-volume, high-complexity ER case management is required. Ability to start on short notice and commit to a temp-to-perm role working 3-4 days per week from the London City office is necessary.
