Job summary

Henlee Resourcing has been retained by a niche manufacturing, engineering and construction business with bases in Stonehouse and Wolverhampton to search for their new HR Manager. This is a new role created due to growth and reports to a progressive Director.

The HR Manager will lead employee relations, ensure UK employment law compliance, and provide commercially focused people solutions across both sites, with travel between Stonehouse and Wolverhampton.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
• Experience in standalone Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience handling complex HR cases independently.
• Excellent investigation and report writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Provide practical advice on employment law and HR best practice.
• Support organisational change initiatives and HR projects.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
• Coach managers on performance and people management.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
