A leading membership organisation urgently seeks an HR Manager focused on Learning & Development for a 6-month interim role with potential for permanency. The successful candidate will design engaging L&D programmes, manage direct reports, and support senior leaders in evolving management practices during a transformational period.
Urgent Opportunity: HR Manager (Learning & Development)
Location: Central London | Hybrid (2–3 days on-site)
Working hours: Mon-Fri (35 hours)
Contract: 6-Month Contract (Strong potential for permanent)
Pay rate: £29.26 – £32.96 per hour PAYE (depending on experience)
Interviews: 09 June 2025 with a start soon thereafter
We’re partnering with a well-regarded membership organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on Learning and Development. This is an urgent interim role for six months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
