Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously as a standalone HR professional
• Experience with BrightHR is advantageous
• Experience in HR within a small/medium business environment

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day HR administration across the business
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, remuneration letters and employment documentation
• Manage employee records and HR information through BrightHR
• Coordinate inductions, appraisals and recruitment activity
• Maintain HR policies, company handbook and employment documentation
• Support absence reporting and payroll administration
• Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
• Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
