Job summary

Loughborough University’s LSU invites applications for a Full-time, open-ended HR Manager to provide qualified professional support across LSU departments, covering recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.

You will work with the Learning and Development Team to ensure mandatory training, collaborate with Department Heads to drive process improvements, and oversee HRIS, payroll, and finance systems that support the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong HR advisory experience and knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to collaboratively work with Department Heads and lead process improvements.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll, and related finance systems.

Responsibilities
