Clockwork Organisation Limited in Wrexham is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across two sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong employee relations expertise and the ability to partner with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR services.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases and providing HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Develop and mentor the HR team across two sites.
• Coach managers and build HR capability across the business.
• Maintain a visible HR presence to support operations.
• Support organizational change, workforce planning and transformation.
• Improve HR policies, processes and systems for efficiency.

The Role:

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We are seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead the HR function across two sites, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver a proactive, people-focused HR service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and capability cases.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Manage, support and develop a dedicated HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build strong relationships with managers across the business, coaching and developing their people management capabilities.
• Maintain a visible presence across the sites, supporting operational teams and employees alike.
• Support organisational change initiatives, workforce planning and business transformation projects.
• Drive improvements to HR policies, processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

The candidate

The successfully appointed HR Manager will have the following skills and abilities:

• Proven HR management experience within manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong experience handling complex employee relations matters and providing commercially focused HR guidance.
• Previous experience managing, mentoring or developing HR team members.
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• CIPD Level 5 or above.
