Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland in Wrexham is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR team within a manufacturing business on a fully on-site, temporary basis. You will provide expert advice on employee relations, manage grievances and ensure compliance with UK employment law, while supporting management and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances and appeals.

Temporary Assignment (1-2 Months)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR team within a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham.

The Role

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation.

• Reviewing and managing ongoing grievance cases
• Advising management on appropriate next steps and potential outcomes
• Supporting grievance investigations and appeal processes
• Providing expert guidance on employment law and HR best practice
• Ensuring all documentation and procedures are compliant and accurate
• Offering generalist HR support where required

About You

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances and appeals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work independently and provide confident HR guidance
• A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running
