Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide professional HR guidance to managers on employment law, policies and best practice, and support employee relations cases.

You will collaborate with the HR team to drive change, coach managers, and ensure accurate HR records and reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
• At least three years' recent experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience managing a wide variety of employee relations cases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence coaching and influencing managers at all levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively within the wider HR team to continuously improve HR services.

Location: Manchester, M1

Salary: Up to £32,990 per annum

Contract: Full-time | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

What You'll Be Doing
