Overview

Daily rate: Band 8a Agency Cap

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Location: Midlands

Responsibilities
  • During a period of significant organisational changes support on restructures and related processes.
  • Deliver successful strategy implementation; Workforce strategy, people management and leadership capability, workforce performance and productivity.
  • Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters.
  • Contribute to the wider management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
Qualifications

The successful HR Manager will be qualified to CIPD level 7 (or equivalent qualification or experience), have significant and broad working knowledge across multiple HR specialisms and experienced at working at management level.
