An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well respected professional services firm on an FTC maternity cover position . This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 based in the city of London offering hybrid working pattern.

The successful HR Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of people operations across EMEA, APAC and US regions. you will play a pivotal role in managing people operations across multiple regions. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure the smooth running of various HR functions and the employee lifecycle

That you'll do:

• Manage the People Assistant
• Ensure smooth running of people operations across EMEA, APAC and US including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, training and development
• Partner with regional/department leads and hiring team to deliver global hiring plans
• Manage employee relations issues and people matters as they arise
• Manage HR systems
• Review policies and practices in alignment with local legislation changes
• Develop and implement new policies and practices with senior stakeholders and management
• Work closely with the VP, People to deliver adhoc People projects

What you bring:

• Minimum of 7 years HR generalist experience
• Experience managing HR operations within a multinational organization
• Knowledge of US employment labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality and ethics
