Royal Mail Group in Crick is seeking an HR Lead to drive large-scale change across Operations from the Midlands Super Hub. The role is hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) with travel to London as needed, and a fixed-term contract through 31 March 2027.
You will partner with senior leaders to design future organisational structures, workforce plans and role definitions aligned with our 2030 strategy, delivering complex change with governance and impact in mind.

Location: Royal Mail, Midlands Super Hub, Crick, NN6 7GZ - hybrid with 4 days in the office, 1 day working remotely.
