Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United Kingdom (UKI) is offering a 12-month undergraduate internship focused on Human Resources and business support. You will gain hands-on experience across HR processes, develop professional skills through a structured development programme, and build relationships across the business.

You’ll contribute to meetings, take ownership of tasks, and learn how to drive and lead change while collaborating with colleagues across functions.

Qualifications

• Achieved or on-track for 2:1 in Business, HR or Law-related degree.
• Strong analytical skills required with high Excel proficiency.
• Ability to think logically, learn quickly and research independently.
• Willingness to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Siemens Mobility UKI business units, objectives, services and supply chain.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring quality delivery.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
• Share learning, progress and insights to raise your profile within the business.
