Job summary

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Basic skills in video editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: support Talent Acquisition with screening, shortlisting and phone interviews for interns.
• Onboarding: prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documents; perform right to work checks.
• Administration: maintain employee records and HR trackers; support ER and policy administration.
• Development: coordinate internal trainings and events; communicate training invitations and feedback.
• Other: assist wider HR team with project work and centers of excellence.
