Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a Training & Development Intern placement in Market Drayton, Shropshire. This 13-month fixed-term contract runs from July 2027 and follows a Monday to Friday schedule within the People Function.

Qualifications

• University students on track for a 2:1 or above seeking a placement year.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive with the ability to drive projects forward independently.
• Interest in operational excellence principles and learning & development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document training for site teams (SOPs, safety, hygiene).
• Update training materials and gather feedback from on-the-job observations.
• Develop training frameworks, skills matrices and learning resources.
• Create digital learning modules and visual guides for consistent training.
• Maintain training records for compliance and prepare dashboards for site reviews.
• Collaborate with placement students on group projects to build teamwork.
