Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a 13‑month internship programme, starting July 2027, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll gain hands‑on HR experience, contribute to wellbeing and career-growth projects, and collaborate across functions in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

You’ll support HR records, reporting and policy implementation while developing leadership and project management skills in a dynamic, award-winning business.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about a career in HR with a 2:1 university-level goal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in leading HR projects and partnering with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR records and reporting to support decisions.
• Support group-wide and UK HR initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Collaborate on HR projects and group activities with placement peers.
• Engage in talent development and succession planning activities.
• Help implement HR policies and stakeholder support.
