Job summary

Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking a Planning & Analysis Assistant to support headcount and personnel cost planning across the group, maintaining data integrity in HR systems. This role will be hired initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and involves close collaboration with HR, Finance and Austria HQ to meet planning cycles.

Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly valued, with emphasis on accuracy, timely data delivery and supporting business

Qualifications

• Experience with personnel and organisational data in HR systems.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities.
• Attention to detail in high-volume data environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for hires, changes and leavers in HR systems.
• Audit data daily, weekly and monthly for accuracy.
• Coordinate data alignment across HR, Finance and Austria HQ.
• Identify data issues and proactively correct them.
• Deliver tasks within monthly/quarterly planning cycles.
• Collaborate with HR, People Operations and HRIS teams.
