Job description

Stellantis HR Graduate Trainee

This structured programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a large HR team within the automotive industry. As a HR Graduate, you will experience 3 placements within the Stellantis Head Office HR team. During these placements you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. An opportunity to see your ideas come to life, making a real difference to the world of Stellantis. Be prepared to grow both personally and professionally. We welcome fresh perspectives, passion, ideas and creativity.

In addition to a thorough onboarding there are various supplementary activities within the programme across the 3 years which include an optional Buddy scheme, mentoring, continuous development training, Retailer week experience, work-based group project & career planning support.

The Graduate programme aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Stellantis HR Team by exposing you to both the customer service areas of the team and our behind-the-scenes operations, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth & success of our organisation. We believe that this comprehensive approach will enable you to develop the following skills, and provide you with a strong foundation to become a future leader:

Are you the ONE?

  • Obtained a 2:2 degree in any discipline
  • Full EU Driving Licence is advantageous but not essential
  • HR work experience is desirable but not essential
  • Be dynamic, motivated and take pride in your work
