Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting for its HR Graduate Scheme in the UK. The 12-month programme offers hands-on experience across HR teams, with rotations across brands and functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and operations.

Starting salary is £30,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. The scheme combines structured development workshops, mentoring, and exposure to different parts of the business, preparing you to become a future HR leader.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2:1 classification.
• ABB at A Level (or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK with placement in Birmingham.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on experience across different HR areas and specialties.
• Work across several HR teams to build broad commercial knowledge.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and be exposed to different parts of the business.
• Participate in structured development workshops to accelerate growth.
