Job summary

Capgemini UK is offering an HR Graduate program based in Birmingham, London, Woking or Telford. You’ll start by developing core HR skills while gaining exposure to policies, employee relations, performance management, people analytics and development, working with experienced professionals.

You’ll join a large graduate community, enjoy structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience, and have opportunities to progress into HR Partnering, Talent Management or People Analytics as you grow.

• Supporting HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the wider people strategy.
• Assisting with the analysis and reporting of people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting employee engagement activities and the continuous improvement of the employee experience.
• Assisting with talent and performance activities.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across the business and providing HR support where required.
• Contributing to workforce planning and organisational change activities.
• Producing clear and professional documentation, presentations and reports.
• Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
