As a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst, you'll begin your career developing core business analysis skills while gaining exposure to product management, Agile delivery and performance analytics. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help teams understand customer and business needs, analyse challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of customer-focused change.

This role is based in either Telford or Hove, and you'll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. The nature of this role requires you to work on a secure site. As a CX Analyst, you'll support teams in understanding business challenges, customer needs and desired outcomes. You'll help gather and analyse information, define requirements and contribute to the improvement of products, services and business processes.
